• Participate in student recruitment, selection and admission making recommendations when required to do so.
• Establish operational policies and procedures and making any necessary modifications based on analysis of operations demographics and other research information.
• Promote the university by participating in community, state and national events or meetings, and by developing partnerships with industry and secondary education institutions.
• Provide assistance to faculty and staff in duties such as teaching classes, conducting orientation programs, issuing transcripts and scheduling events.
• Review of student misconduct reports requiring disciplinary action and counsel students regarding such reports.
• Manage students file in a stipulated manner and make sure all the documents are enclosed properly in student file before it goes to the fire proof cabinets.
• Assigning students in to classes according to course details and course pre-requisites.
• Preparing student class schedule and transcripts, handling course withdrawal and postponements.
• Taking minutes of the meeting.
• Preparation of withdrawal, suspension, dissertation and internship student lists and issue letters.
• Advice students on issues such as course selection, progress towards graduation, and career decisions.
• Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on customer’s financial situations.
• Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail or telephone to solicit payment.
• Persuade customers to pay amounts due on credit accounts, damage claims, or non-payable checks, or to return merchandise.
• Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts.
• Perform various administrative functions for assigned accounts, such as recording address changes and purging the records of deceased customers.
• Negotiate credit extensions when necessary.
• Resolving & answering customer’s queries about products, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms.
• Recommend products to a customer based on customer needs and interests.
• Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features and solicit orders.
• Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
• Arrange and direct delivery and installation of products and equipment.
