Staff onboarding procedures and HR Induction
Ensure that new employee’s complete data are input in the HR Software including basic
employee information, educational/ certification details, emergency contacts, employee local contact number and address, employee home country number and address, employee email address
Maintain payroll file for addition/ deductions of expense claims, salary arrears, fine deduction, violation deductions, commissions, relieving allowances, etc
Reviews disciplinary actions daily, issue warning letters and upload the scanned copies on HR Live and ensure there is zero deviation
Review staff attendance via finger scanning records against ROTA to ensure conformity and flag any issues to HRM
Maintain & Update in software: pay reviews, reward information, changes to pay related terms, etc in the file and the HR Software
Maintain leave records - Annual Leave, Sick Leave and availing of Lieu Days, update HR Live daily with approvals and rejections appropriately and communicate to employees and line managers on Annual Leave approvals
Maintain the employee’s file updated in a systematic order for easy access to documents
Ensure that new employee’s Bank Accounts openings are processed coordinating with the
listed banks and Update WPS Numbers, Person Code and Bank Account Information in a
timely manner
Maintain records and correspondence for people aspects of any restructures within the
organization, including redeployment or redundancy and rejoining
Managing staff exit formalities and final settlement
Coordinating with the Admin Executive for cancellation application
Prepare letters such as Salary Certificate, Employment Certificate, Salary Transfer Letter,
NOC, etc.
Monitors employee’s probation period, coordinating with line managers, area managers
and operations for feedback
Follow up for renewals 3 months in advance - Visa, Labor Card, OHC and Passport to be
renewed and updated in HR Software and files by the coordination with PRO, HRM and staffs
(4.9 Years).
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handling end to end payrolls and Maintain payroll management
* To provide an effective and efficient payroll, ensuring the accurate and timely payment.
* Respond to requests, queries and complaints through calls and emails.
* Develops and maintains a good working knowledge of products and services & effective
Relationships.
* Working on various post payroll reports for weekly and monthly payrolls.
* To maintain detailed audit trails for all activities, and maintain effective documentation
with regards to each case
Identifying the right candidate as per the requirements of client companies (Depending up on
their Qualification, Experience, Age and Package) from the job sites and receiving.
* Communicate with the candidates about the job profile and the duties that they need to perform
and identifying their interest, conducting screening as per the company’s norms and scheduling the
interviews as per the availability of both parties (Company and candidate).
* Once the client has chosen a candidate, may also negotiate salary and other terms.
Regular follow up of the candidates and maintaining a good relationship with them
