• Responsible for handling end to end FP&A for both Brick & Mortar and Online business ($830 Mn)
• Responsible for modeling of the company budget and periodic re-forecast exercises
• Month end activities
Preparing the Annual Operating Plan for AB and AD businesses andvariance analysis against actuals.
• Partnering with business on various business critical decisions.
• Provide insightful analysis and reporting of period and year-to-date business
results vs. AOP and latest forecast to Finance and Operations management.
• Responsible for cost control across verticals by evaluating provisioning and month end accounting, evaluating right expenditure proposals and approving
the same with viable ROI.
• Month end activities
Ensure transparency on cost & cost drivers of the Supply Chain through cost
management, executing the budget process and forecast, reporting actual costs, explaining cost deviations, & identifying risks & savings potential Preparation of analysis report being reviewed by senior management.
• Preparing the Annual Operating Plan for Warehousing Vertical.
• Provide insightful analysis and reporting of period and year-to-date business
results vs. AOP and latest forecast to Finance and Operations management.
• Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and
recommendations.
• Responsible for cost control across verticals by evaluating provisioning and
month end accounting, evaluating right expenditure proposals and approving
the same with viable ROI. • Month End Activities
FP&A: Revenue projections, flash reporting and variance analysis for assigned
accounts having ~$340Mn of annual revenue and various other MIS related reports for the top revenue contributing clients of the company. Analysis of financials to help in margin and topline improvement, provide consultation to business leaders helping them in decision making and strategy building.
• Deal Review & Contract Review: Independently performing Financial Due Diligence of Deals for Top Ranked Clients of Infosys. Preparing analytical reviews of large ($20M+) deals for Senior Management/Board Consideration.
• Reporting: Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting at account level to senior management which includes, Analysis & Commentary of financial and operational performance for the account.
• AR, RAR & UNR: Keeping operational parameters healthy by placing checks on the balance of AR (Accounts Receivable), RAR (Revenue at Risk) and UNR (Unreconciled receipts)
