• Risk analysis & quoting on suitable cover required for new clients.
• Oversee renewal of exiting due policies, their issuance, payments & maintaining records.
• Produce solutions to customer issues & settling claims.
• Analyzing policy consumption & producing utilization reports to monitor policy performance and control premium increase.
• Following up & collecting payments from clients & commissions from Guarantors, reviewing commissions with agreements and updating records.
• Educate clients on insurance coverage and procedures.
• Problem solving on daily basis for client issues and other policy related matters.
• Training new recruits on insurance products & work system.
• Meeting with clients to discuss their issues and other insurance matters.
• Securing new clients for the company over 12 month period
