Reportable to:
To have regular monitoring of all jobs/projects with budget vs actual financial results.
To prepare job/project costing of all running jobs/projects.
To prepare consolidated management accounts of all jobs/projects during the year.
To conduct audit of financial accounts.
To ascertain Annual Comparative Profitability of jobs/projects this helps management in decision making.
To calculate the Break Even Report on the basis of Annual Comparative Profitability Report.
To prepare monthly budgeted variance analysis report including explanation for major variances and provide guidance and assistance control issues. Different reports prepared on management requirements like
Direct Material Price Variance,
Direct Material Quantity Variance,
Direct Labour Variance.(Rs.)
Direct Labour Hrs Variance
Monthly Site Over Heads Detail Variance
To Identify & Allocation of Actual fixed overheads on all running jobs/projects.
To assist CFO in maintaining Projectwise Cash Flow Statement and comparison with budgeted cash flow.
To establish and review policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness of internal control system.
To synchronize budgets & proposals with COA & COI.
Reportable to: CEO/CFO
Job Description:
•To have regular monitoring with budget vs actual financial results.
•To prepare monthly budgeted variance analysis report including explanation for major variances and provide guidance and assistance on control issues.
•To Identify allocation of fixed overheads on all running projects
•To Evaluate & Report the Annual Break Even Turn Over of company
•To establish and review policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness of internal control system.
•Verify all project expenses on weekly basis to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
•Verify all project expenses on weekly basis to ensure accurate data entry against. Budget references.
•Revise & Continuous Review of Financial COA & COI.
•Synchronize Financial COA & COI with project budgets and proposals
