 To have regular monitoring of all jobs/projects with budget vs actual financial results.
 To prepare job/project costing of all running jobs/projects.
 To prepare consolidated management accounts of all jobs/projects during the year.
 To conduct audit of financial accounts.
 To ascertain Annual Comparative Profitability of jobs/projects this helps management in decision making.
 To calculate the Break Even Report on the basis of Annual Comparative Profitability Report.
 To prepare monthly budgeted variance analysis report including explanation for major variances and provide guidance and assistance control issues. Different reports prepared on management requirements like
 Direct Material Price Variance,
 Direct Material Quantity Variance,
 Direct Labour Variance.(Rs.)
 Direct Labour Hrs Variance
 Monthly Site Over Heads Detail Variance
 To Identify & Allocation of Actual fixed overheads on all running jobs/projects.
 To assist CFO in maintaining Projectwise Cash Flow Statement and comparison with budgeted cash flow.
 To establish and review policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness of internal control system.
 To synchronize budgets & proposals with COA & COI.
