Do continuous improvement until it is successfully true beneficial from the possibilities of studies being submitted to reduced Kiln Shell frequent Hi-temp, Clogging at Smoke Box, Increase VRM capacity by reduction of reject materials, increase the efficiency of the Electrostatic Precipitator and others.
•Study why mechanical do frequent alignment on Kiln Tires and implement then implement the importance of Hydraulic Thrust Mechanism for Kiln movement via hydraulic pressure automatic function.
•Power Plant erection and design includes Load Management system study and implementation
•Introduce to the host operation personnel via explanatory behavior of the electrical indicating parameters, and the gas flow effect, thus a correction from mechanical side repair being imposed in order to correct also the Gas Deviation Factor.
•Preventive and corrective maintenance management approach in the instrumentation and mostly in the electrical side that are usually affected by the process and mechanical operating condition.
•Assessed Cement Mill Process Operation- Gas flow analysis, suggest and enable the production side to increase capacity and coordinate by computing grinding media volume in the first compartment and explain other effects like fluctuation of load amperes and gasses.
•Electrical and Instrumentation- Preventive/Proactive maintenance management system
•Electrical and Instrumentation shutdown maintenance management
•Formulate and implement ISO 2372 standard that specifies the RMS vibration velocity limits on a basis of machine horsepower ratings
