My role was to coordinate administration team to complete all HR and Personnel Administration for each remote site within Somalia Operation. This role included Project Management of transiting several small administration departments into one centralized team. This centralization was primarily to reduce costs and streamline processes in order to provide the highest level of service to each division in accordance with company policies. The main task of the team was to support each operational department by providing the manpower, skills and knowledge to process the below listed functions for approximately 800 employees based in remote locations throughout Somalia.
