As an Events and Sponsorship Manager, my responsibilities include planning, organizing, and executing various events and sponsorships to promote the company's brand and increase its visibility.
I'm responsible for identifying potential events and partners, negotiating sponsorship deals, and managing partner relationships. Also, I'm working closely with internal teams to plan and execute events such as conferences, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Additionally, I'm responsible for managing budgets, tracking event metrics, and providing reports to management.
I ensure that all events and sponsorships align with the company's strategy and goals.
As a marketing coordinator in the exhibition and conference field, I'm responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote exhibitions and conferences.
This involves conducting market research to identify target audiences and market trends and collaborating with the event management team to develop event themes and promotional materials.
I'm responsible for planning and creating digital content within our team/agencies to promote events, coordinating with vendors and sponsors to ensure effective event promotion, and managing email marketing campaigns to promote events.
Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing strategies and making necessary adjustments, ensuring all marketing materials are consistent with the brand image and messaging, maintaining event sites and ensuring that they are up-to-date, and coordinating with the PR team to ensure all media coverage is consistent with the event's messaging.
Responsible for preparing reports on marketing performance and providing recommendations for improvement, assisting with on-site event management and coordinating with vendors and sponsors, ensuring that all marketing expenses are within the allocated budget, and managing and mentoring junior marketing staff, if required.
This position's main focus was to Build distinguished relationships with customers to enhance business.
