1 Ensure safe custody of all procurement records for the Company. 2 Taking proper custody of procurement records. 3 Checking the expiry dates and stock of some products. 4 Attend to inquiries from potential bidder and suppliers. 5 Writing different pieces of procurement information about some documents and attaching there photocopies on invoices. 6 Liaise with end users to the timely requisitions for the procuring and disposing entity.
