Ensure that all opening and closing procedures are followed and executed in a timely
manner.
 Follow all cash register and cash handling systems established by the Manager to
ensure the accuracy of all register and cash transactions.
 Plan work schedules as per requirement.
 Making reports and ensuring to maintain the food cost percentage as per the companies
Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
 Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
 Agreeing and managing budgets.
 Promoting and marketing the business.
 Handling customer enquiries and complaints
 Keeping statistical and financial records
 Assessing and improving profitability
 Setting targets
 Handling administration and paperwork’s
 Making improvements to the running of the business and developing restaurants
 Bar and FOH ordering and Procedure (Posting Invoices)
 Cash accountability
 Managed facilities and equipment of the restaurant
 Manage daily and weekly inventory
 Organized weekly schedules and staff allocation
 Conduct Audit and assessment based on the standard procedure of the company
