Install and maintain desktop computer hardware, including computers, monitors, printers, network equipment, and other computer equipment.
•Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software and network issues, coordinate with vendor assistance when required.
•Establishes back-up protocols and monitors site security.
•Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.
•Serve as liaison between the EMR software vendor (IMedicware) and the clinic, submit service tickets, and respond to internal tickets to troubleshoot and resolve system and user issues and provide guidance with clinical applications.
•Education, training, and support to clinical staff on the utilization of the EMR and participate in performing assessment and improvement initiatives of clinical informatics systems.
•Integrate existing and new medical equipment to the EMR system.
