Project Management
•Managed the end-to-end project related responsibilities efficiently by being involved in coordination activities for various projects by leading a team of 50 (direct and indirect members); defining project scope, budget, schedules, and resource allocation.
•Leads through collaboration within the team and across functional lines to support Global Projects key targets.
•Responsible for all project deliverables and baselines including schedule, cost and revenue budgets and cost forecasts from PO award through contract closure. Identified the areas for improvement and plugged in the loopholes, pitched the ideas to top management while evaluating vendors’ performance and cost pertaining while leading the execution of various mechanical packages. Participated in project review meetings for evaluating project progress and providing technical inputs.
•Spearheaded bid-evaluation, detail engineering, delivery management, commissioning till final acceptance; managed mechanical packages like Air Separation Unit, Compressors, Turboexpanders, Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Hydrocarbon Pumps Pressure Vessels, Reciprocating Compressors, Screw Compressors Line Pipe, Process Equipment, Electrical and Instrumentation, Flow Lines and all assigned Engineered Packages.
•Demonstrated techno-commercial brilliance by coordinating with the suppliers for techno-commercial discussions, taking care of tender/ contract documents, cost estimates, including billing, variation / deviation proposals and claims management.
•Monitoring, adjustment and baselining of cost forecasts, Leads production and revision of process documents
•Acts as a single point of contact for the life cycle of the project
•Leads all internal and customer meetings to identify and control scope, schedule and budgets.
•Coordinates technical interpretation as required for Claim and Change order Management.
•Ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, government regulations, and customer specifications; ensuring the documentation of project activities and deliverables
•Follows established Project KPIs and administrative procedures for Managing projects.
•Monitoring and Control project activities carried out by 3rd party inspection and/or EPC firms

•Resolved various technical issues by acting as a primary point of contact related to packages and preparing & approving various TQ and concession from client and PMC.
•Identifying risk areas and developing risk mitigation plans, supervising risk areas, and resolving issues arising and other problems in a timely manner by identifying and involving the accurate project team members.
•Implemented rigorous quality control plan & procedures, ISO or similar systems; approved various quality plans WPS, FQP and ITP for various mechanical packages. Conducted internal & external audits; evaluated project risks and customer satisfaction impacts.
Design Engineering
•Reviewed vendor drawings, facilitated interdisciplinary discussion to complete the review of drawings & documents for packages like Gas turbine, steam turbine, centrifugal compressors, reciprocating compressors, Hydrocarbon pumps, EOT cranes, Water treatment plant, Cooling tower, Cooling water pumps, piping and valves.
•Developed and reviewed Mechanical Data Sheets (MDS) and held technical discussion with various disciplines for enquiry specification.
•Reviewed drawings of other disciplines like piping stress analysis, support engineering, piping nozzle load. Reviewed selection of variable spring hanger & constant spring hanger for piping connected to equipment; control narrative and function logic diagram, cause and effect for package equipment’s; piping and plant layout general arrangement drawings.
•Performed Design reviews 30%, 60% & 90% Model Review, HAZOP, SIL Studies. Attended Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
Commissioning & Operation Maintenance
•Managed the entire gamut of O&M and commissioning contracts management; planned & implemented maintenance strategies, budgets, applied cost-saving measures, maintenance schedules with resource allocation for optimum output and improved the availability/ reliability of the systems.
•Enhanced operational efficiencies through efficient troubleshooting and ensured smooth operations of plant.
Revenue Growth and Process Improvement Strategies
•Enhanced revenue growth opportunities and drove process improvement strategies for realizing the business goals.
