Leading the construction team for track alignment with gauge supporting frames, installing dummy baseplates with anchor bolts, rebar fixing, installing formworks, final adjustment of track alignment with respect to survey team feedback and assisting the General consultants for the pre-concrete inspection and preparing for the concreting of track after the inspection.
Responsible for the Flash butt welding activity and ATW welding in all aspects.
Responsible for all the third-party lab tests.
Forecasting and estimation of steel and concrete according to scope for a stipulated time.
