Work experiences as projects.

➢ Creating a Perl script, to automate the report generation at Dialog Axiata PVT (ltd)
• SNMP data of network elements was collected using Cent-Os based Linux server, and saved them
as round robin databases. Based on these data a Perl script was created to automate the utilization
report generation of, entire dialog network, Using Cent-Os based Dell server.


➢ Lead the ISP core modernization project at Dialog Axiata PVT (ltd).
• RFI, RFP, HLD, LLD were evaluated and conducted the POC, design the service flow, using BGP
policing. All the customer internet services were smoothly migrated to the new setup, and won the
Gold award at Dialog awards 2016.


➢ Finding the Pump-Motor efficiency at Kandy South water treatment plant
• Using frictional, elevation and bend losses the output power of motors was calculated. Then the
input power of those motors was monitored using Fluke-power analyzer for 48 hours, and the
efficiency of the motors were calculated.


➢ Caching deployment project at Dialog Axiata PVT (ltd).
• The future growth of the internet traffic was analyzed, and, Mutual NDA and Agreements were
finalized with Google, Facebook and etc, to deploy caching. TRC approval, custom clearances for
the importation was arranged, and deploy the servers in the network.


➢ Code development to backup network data, at Dialog Axiata PVT (ltd).
• To backup network element data for future analysis, a shell script was created on a Redhat based
Dell server.
