Responsible for managing day-to-day activities of the team member on external client network infrastructure projects.
Make sure and evaluate completed work orders to ensure that all policies and standards have been followed and that the customer’s need are met.
Coordinate escalation process with principle to make sure the SLA is achieved as per management aspect.
Implement installation data, voice and wireless infrastructure for external clients.
Supported LAN/WAN infrastructure of Berca Hardayaperkasa external clients.
Managed network and server infrastructure.
Ensured secure availability of SIADPA (Sistem Administrasi Perkara) application services.
Led the following migration projects from conception to completion:
Redesign of LAN infrasturcture.
Windows, FreeBSD and Linux physical server environment to Proxmox VE virtualization platform.
Perform daily status check on all network and communication service and report.
Managed all the work relevant documents needed for the project implementation.
