- Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for external recruitment at all levels.
- Working to fill the vacancies based on needs & requirements.
- Identify each position requirements.
-Source and filter resume for the professional and managerial roles throughout
different recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Bayt.com, and Database) to provide it
to the department heads.
- Studying the Job Description, researching and conducting a job analysis to
source for different (Professional and managerial) job levels
- Conducting interviews.
- Arrange for interviews with candidate and line manager and provide travel
arrangements if necessary.
- Providing feedback to the Head of HR for all interviewed candidates
- Negotiate the salary with an accepted candidate and inform him with
employee’s benefit.
- Providing onboarding sessions for new employees
- Update recruitment logs to extract the weekly monthly report.
- Prepare appointment requests for all departments.
- Prepare the job offer, job contract and the join date for the candidate.
- Prepare a report about Job interviews.
- Sort CV and recorded as database.
- Communicate with the candidate and prepare of intinail interviews.
