Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements.
Create a positive image and lead consumers to use the machines/tools.
Use catalogues & videos to provide the customers the full information about how using the machine.
Receive requests for price quotations, order changes, or cancellations directly from customers.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide positive and courteous service to customers.
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Liaising with current customers in the company's target markets on a regular basis to ensure that they continue to be satisfied with the company's products and that these are being sold to the best advantage.
Identify opportunities for new business in the KSA markets, follow up sales leads, and co-ordinate all activities to maximize new profits.
Manage all aspects of the customer relationship, including price negotiation and delivery.
Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential market.
Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
Negotiating the terms of the agreements and closing sales.
Monitor and report on competitors and industry activity.
Provide data detailing the activities and performance against targets.
Assist with after sales queries, investigate customer complaints and ensure that they are dealt with to the customers' satisfaction.

Receiving of Enquiries from Branches and dealers related to Tools, Spare Parts & Accessories.
Creating Purchase requisition as per the requirements and sending it to the supplier
Requesting Proforma Invoice from the Supplier.
Confirming the P.I after checking the availability of Qty, price and delivery Period.
Raising Purchase order in the name of Supplier according Proforma Invoice.
After getting confirmation from supplier shipment dispatch date then,
Applying for the SASO Inspection and Insurance as applicable.
After getting message SASO Inspection is completed,
Providing original invoice to make certificate of Conformity.
Sending freight inquires to different freight forwarder for best price.
Arranging the Freight Forwarder according to their offer and services.
Submitting shipping document to clearing agent for clear the shipment from port.
Follow up of the shipments starting from the Point of Dispatch till it reaches the warehouse.
Sending packing list to warehouse to check the shipment physically as per packing list.
Tally the Purchase order with Supplier Invoice, adding the charges applicable so as to receive the stock into inventory.
Generating the distribution of stocks to the Branches, Dealers and Outdoor.
Setting the distribution parameters in the system keeping in view the average sale, quantity on hand at the sites.
Responding to the queries related to stock availability, discounts applicable, special pricing and
Special orders for the customers.
Creating Re-order levels for the stocks w.r.t Minimum quantity to be maintained, Stock available, Stock in transit and lead time for the shipments in transit.
Maintaining Master Data periodically including Sale Amount, Quantity, Margin, and Percentage contribution.
Documentation of Purchases including the Purchase Order, Copies of Charges, Supplier invoice, report from the warehouse and Material Transfer.
Submission of Documents to the Accounts for the payment process.
