• Participate in shaping client’s strategies and missions.
• Develop plans to materialize strategies and analyze clients’ business proposals.
• Align processes, resource planning and project/department goals with overall strategy.
• Identify methods and tools required in order to support clients managing their projects properly.
• Research competition to identify threats and opportunities to help clients prioritizing their projects.
• Assess project’s operational and strategic performance.
• Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes (e.g. shift in strategic focus, re-prioritize projects) to be aligned with market needs.
• Participate in developing required KPIs in order to support senior management in decision process.
• Prepare business proposals and presentations.
• Implement recommendations / solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it out.
• Participate in bids preparation & technical review & set up and functioning of the Project Control System for the entire project, including the entire logs for engineering & procurement.
• Lead the production of master schedule reports and field verification of status of the works in relation to program requirements.
• Guide the contractor for preparing Master & detailed baseline & recovery Schedules and develop weekly and monthly reports according to client requirements.
• Responsible to Follow up & review of Contractor weekly & monthly Reports & updated schedules; verifying progress, highlighting critical items and, area of concerns and participate in providing corrective actions and recommendations in accordance with other departments.
• Review look ahead schedule with the contractor and highlight the delayed activities, Identifies trends and deviations and recommends corrective courses of action to recover the delays.
• Follow up, Review, Monitor Engineering/Procurement log in accordance with the work schedule
• Review cash flow diagrams & resource histograms
