Performing day to day financial transactions, such as journal entries for GL accounts and chart of accounts
Entering A/P invoices, as well as create A/R invoices for customers and reviewing the documentary cycle
Using SAP ERP for daily transactions and Zoho to send and receive messages to follow up on payments
Journal entry and electronic invoices using ERP Accounting, as well as preparation and assistance in the preparation of tax returns such as VAT, withholding and income tax
Responsible for preparing the company's tax examination in terms of (G & A Exp - operating expenses - analysis of revenue)
Participate in internal audit for supporting and directing staff team to successfully complete administrative tasks
Calculating the cost of goods purchased from China in terms of Sea transport, Road transport, and all operating expenses
Follow up with bank account statements in different currencies for clients' deposits and suppliers’ payments.
Work in the operations department to coordinate with shipping line companies, and customs until the
.the shipments reach the client's land
Work with a team to prepare financial Quarterly / Year-End Reporting such as balance sheet and income .statement
Full use of Odoo and QuickBooks software to enter financial transactions to prepare reports and financial statements for companies contracting with the office
Monitoring accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) for matching with bank's account statements
Diploma in economics of banking and financial market with a 3.6 GPA
Bachelors of Commerce Major in Finance and Business with a very good grade
