Supervising the programs and plans followed for the purpose of developing the branchs in line with the appointment
. Monitoring the efficiency of the implementation of the branchs evaluation process through the branchs productivity measure

Responsibilities :
- Supervising and managing the bank branch and all according to the internal policy .
- Prepares financial statements and analysis for branch and send monthly reports regarding this matter.
- Manages and supervises department employees responsible on day-to-day basis.
- Overseeing approvals of loans, lines of credit, and other fiscal plans.
- Marketing branch within the community to attract business.
- Assisting with customer service and satisfaction.
- Oversees budget reports, preparation of budgets, and analysis of budgets.
-Growing bank’s number of accounts.
-Advises on procedures and financial management as well as developing policies.
- Acting all the positions during any employee absent.
