-Running a pre-S&OP meeting for some markets to analyze historical sales vs. forecasts and validating future forecasts accordingly.
-Ensuring forecast accuracy of 85% is maintained throughout the S&OP meetings and analyzing any gaps.
- Taking the ownership of new launches and ensuring launch on time and all regulations are finalized within the agreed timelines with close follow up with the relevant counter parts.
-Maintaining correct master data for new/ updated SKU’s.
-Working closely with regulatory team to ensure any changes/ updates of SKU’s are smoothly transitioned and as per each country’s regulations.
