Fix and develop the network and internet and hand punch machines for all branches in East Area.
Taking care of the “Hand held” machines in East Area including fixing, programing and connecting the machine with the printers
Stocktaking for all the machines in the whole branches
Part of the new project “supervisor mobile”
The only one responsible for SAP:
• 1- checking the requests for salesman.
• 2- the available quantity in VAN location.
• 3- everything regarding the invoices entering them in the system and correcting the invoices.
• 4- following-up the conformation of the load.
• 5- creating visit list and visit plan for all salesman.
• 6- teaching the supervisors and the warehouse and giving consultations
• 7 - fix and programming for all Pc’s in Area
I Started in October 2012 as an IT Technician in user support team. I Receive incident from the users on the system then I call the user and ask him what is the issue and where is his location then I go to the user and solve the issue after write a comment in the system about the problem and what is the solution then close the incident.
we were use Service Desk System and Service Now System
- Working as a Team Leader for the End User support.
- Working as a maintenance for the Qmatice system from the hardware and software. Adding new clinical area into the Qmatice system.
- Working as a maintenance for the punch in and out machine.
- Preparing the staff attandence report.
- Installing new PCs and Printer to the hospital-services.
