Responsibilities:
Safety Management
• Developing and executing health and safety plans for 8 districts (city) across Madinah according to legal guidelines
• Preparing and enforcing policies to establish a culture of health and safety
• Evaluating practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law.
• Competent in preparing safety documentation, auditing work-sites and supporting operational teams contribute to safety objectives.
• Ensuring all activities are following safety rules and regulations and that employees are abiding with company HSE policy in addition to implementing toolbox talks, safety meetings and safety measures based on yearly plans and objectives.
Technical Management:
• Managing the whole spectrum of activities of the quality department including KPI development, optimizing operations and maintenance in accordance with stakeholder requirements and quality targets.
• Preparing and reviewing nationwide QA compliance objectives for Water Services, and ascertaining compliance with national/international standards and legislation.
