• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Review workflows and propose process improvements.
• Stay updated with changes in labor laws and HR policies and communicate relevant updates to management and employees.
• Assist in analyzing market trends and conducting salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, policy adherence, and overall HR compliance.
• Update job descriptions for all positions in the company continuously.
• Manage government HR e-service portals, such as MUQEEM, GOSI, QIWA, and the Ministry of Human Resources.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits
• Maintain and update employee records within HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Organize and coordinate business trips, ensuring efficient communication of travel arrangements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and best practices
• Design, prepare, and develop turnover reports including all related issues (re-hiring, hiring, transferring, leaving, ...etc.)
• Establish performance goals aligned with organizational objectives.
• Facilitate performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Coach managers and employees on performance-related matters.
• Identify training needs and recommend development opportunities.
• Collect and analyze performance data for insights and reporting.
• Stay updated on best practices in performance management.
• Administer all PIPs and provide ongoing guidance to stakeholders throughout the plan.
• Track 360 degrees survey.
• Prepare performance reports on a monthly basis or as required.
• Assist with employees’ queries and any issues related to the Human Capital department such as medical insurance, business cards, company housing/hotel, and bank loans.
• Book business trips, relocation and intercompany transfers and all related financial payments.
• Maintain HR data and records for both H.O and retail team.
• Process and track employee personnel changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Develop and maintain a strong brand focused environment for all employees
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, conduction interviews, and making hiring decisions.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate’s travel arrangements, as necessary.
• Source and headhunter active & Passive top talents through a variety of platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt, External sources, Social media)
• Manage HRIS systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data, records, and reporting.
• Prepare new hire onboarding materials and assist in the orientation process for new employees.
• Coordinate with the GRO department to ensure add/remove the employees from GOSI & Muqeem & Insurance.
• Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, and HR policies.
• Promote the employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.
