Microsoft AD domain environment based on MS Windows server 2012 R2/2016 including:
•Handling the active directory tasks ( user/computer accounts and Group Policy objects )
•Monitoring server’s performance and utilization
•Managing WSUS and deploy new updates for servers and PCs
•Capturing/Deploying Windows Images using WDS for new Machines
• Supporting the plants Network infrastructure including :
•Local Area Network \[LAN\] and Wireless network \[WLAN\]
•Internet connections (leased lines )
•Managing internet connections load balancers
•Insure that the whole plant has a good WIFI coverage for users, hand held devices, barcode readers, etc. and install in-door and out-door access point if needed.

•Managing the remedy force ticketing system

•Provide training and orientation sessions to the new users on how to use the ticketing system

•Mange cisco switching in headquarter and cisco wireless device as a normal user
•Mange Aruba switching in sites and aruba wireless device as a normal use

•Monitoring and recording user’s Internet activities.
•Blocking banned web sites using FortiGate Firewall
•Blocking non-business devices using HPE Aruba controller
•Send usage and activity repots to the department’s manager
•Managing the shared folders user’s permissions on Windows File server
•Managing plant’s Software / Hardware inventory using asset management tools
•Monitoring and reporting MS Office 365 activation usage
•Provide a weekly, monthly status reports including tasks, projects and status
•Checking the new devices received from the suppliers and ensure that it is compliant with the company standards
•Managing the IT department’s inventory and provide the required reports
