Duties
• Managed project schedules and deadlines and provided solutions to engineering risks and issues supporting project management and stakeholders across entire project.
• Coordinate, maintain, and monitor activities between cross-functional teams and supervised sub-contractors in line with project contract and requirements.
• Maintain Quality Assured (QA) of all guide walls per shaft and ensured all project standards within internal engineering processes were maintained and all policies and processes followed.
• Prepared concise and up-to-date reports covering progress in all aspects of ongoing projects, including recent financial expenditure on guide wall for each shaft, rebar cage for diaphragm walls (primary and secondary panels) and installation costs.
• Assisted with the completion of technical reports, as well as providing the Senior Management Team with updates as and when required to promote full understanding across all stakeholders.
• Developed inspection schedules for all assets and conducted site inspections in line with schedules to appropriately manage project resources and address any other development problems.
• Supervised civil engineering projects, including checking and verifying the guide wall for each shaft, checking rebar cage for diaphragm walls (primary and secondary panels) and checking installation of diaphragm rebar cage

• Responsible for a wide variety of QA & QC duties across Detail Design and Follow On and maintained quality assurance procedures relating to engineering drawings in alignment with Saudi Aramco Standards (SAES)
• Managed all contract specifications and procedures, Quality Programs and project plans meeting the project scope and provided QA and control in accordance with Project Quality Management plan.
• Supervised civil engineering works covering installation, excavation, backfilling, compaction, asphalting and all necessary testing
• Managed interpretation of Project requirements ensuring adherence to specifications, codes and standards.
• Maintained accurate reporting on the project compliance associated with the Project Quality Plan’s (PQP) nominated specifications and field quality control procedures.
• Coordinated and managed inspections as required by Inspection and Test Plans (ITP’s) and raised request for inspections (RFIs) with accuracy and due diligence and aligned engineering work with specifications including the validation of correct rebar use, ensuring compliance with IFC drawings and ITP standards
• Managed regular subcontractor audits per internal audit schedule ensuring non-conformances were effectively and promptly rectified.
• Maintained work to Quality Management Systems (QMS) policies, procedures and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Supervised Inspectors as required to undertake inspections are contractors’ premises including sourcing and managing the logistics associated with 3rd party inspectors for overseas assignments
• Followed through on post-audit engineering actions and initiatives to ensure compliance with regulations and prepared and issued non-conformance reports (INCRs) as required to escalate non-compliance and risks
