Implementation of new projects following new product introduction
procedure (customer drawings analysis, bill of materials analysis and order new
materials based on new product authorization system), Plan and support each trial
phase for new project, develop facilities that keep required level of quality for assembly
procedure, send RFQs, POs, Implementation of 4M changes to improve assembly
process.
Identify areas where production can be improved and implementing
changes to increase efficiency by analyzing data and conducting experiments,
Troubleshoot production issues and find solution to the problem, Manage production
schedules with supply chain and logistics teams
Diagnose various engine faults using OBD2 scanner, Repair faults, Replace damaged parts, Following wiring diagram to fix detected problem.
