Leading the operations inside both organisation units in both countries for achieving the company vision by:
- Develop plans that help operations run smoothly.

- Responsible for the master improvement project plan implementation.
- Responsible for the factory’s master database on -OPM (ORACLE PROCESS MANUFACTURING) application.
- Responsible for the process engineering system-wise -OPM- it is made by a set of sequenced steps such as (Creating the Items, Creating Routings, and their activities, creating the formulas of products and operations) and then connecting all of them.
- Responsible for creating and Identification of all processes' resource parameters.
- Responsible for leading the Inner ORACLE SCHOOL inside the company for training the concerned employees on using the application.
- Responsible for achieving the production plan through the available resources (raw materials, Manpower, machinery, etc.).
- Responsible for maintenance of product quality standards on all production line sections.
- Responsible for following up the KPIs of manufacturing processes of processed cheese from receiving raw materials inside the factory premises preparation, cooking, sterilization automation processes in the UHT, packing and packaging processes.
- Safety area manager for the Sterilization areas in the factories.
- Responsible for Raw Materials waste reduction projects.
- Responsible for leading the KAIZEN steering committee.
• Responsible for Microbiology unit (resp. for inspection of all imported raw materials, finished products, microbial analysis of water, environmental and Hygiene following up during all production process stages).
• Responsible for chemistry lab unit (resp. for chemical inspection of raw materials, finished product, and water analyses in the factory water purifying unit).
• Safety area manager of all quality Labs (responsible for maintaining Zero accidents and handling all related actions).
• Testing and verifications of packaging materials.
• Doing the periodical internal audit as a main auditor on different departments according to the established schedule of QA.
