March 2000 electronic consultant dealing mainly with tank fire control systems
- Establishing the program group including structure development staffing and requirement.
Preparing projects, plan management and setting objectives .-
- Responsible for project management including (project life cycle plan, risk management, six sigma implementation).
- Managing, directing, designing and development of projects. Direct supervision of plans, updating, preparing and user requirements; discussion with customers .
- Design and build a mobile monitoring data gathering station for field trial and assessment .
- Program director for the Phoenix program with M60A3 tank upgrade including:
-Fire control system upgrade
- Improve lethality, by improving fire power of current M60 platform, replacing M68 105-mm rifled cannon with a 120-mm smooth bore .

- Program director of $170 m upgrading of JAF fleet of M60A3 tank with an integrated fire control system including depot capability.
- Test technical director for demonstration of fire control systems and anti tank missiles.
- Project director for upgrading and maintaining stabilized platform system and thermal sights for Jordan navy.
- Project director for the upgrade of challenger 1 tank with an enhanced fire control system.
