My role and responsibility is to reach to clients and present our services as well as attending meeting to discuss the client's need to achieve the top level of customer satisfaction. I am also responsible to coordinate with our sales and engineers team to explain the client's requests and monitor all projects to make sure that all projects are sufficiently and effectively according to the plan. Also, I prepare reports to our general manager about all projects and any new request or meeting to follow up on the work.
Bottled water distribution
