The purpose of a Senior Mechanical Engineer is to lead the design, development, and

implementation of mechanical systems, products, and processes. They typically handle

complex engineering projects, mentor junior engineers, and ensure that all designs meet

technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements



Key Roles and Responsibilities

₋ Review new projects and preparing cost sheets & technical reports

₋ Review materials and equipment to ensure that they are in accordance with the

specifications.

₋ Supervise the works of relevant mechanical (HVAC / PL / FF) Contractors

₋ Ensure quality and that constructions/installations are in accordance with drawings,

specifications, and local regulations.

₋ Following all projects process including quality assurance procedures to ensure that

procedures for review and inspection of installations maintained throughout the

project period.

₋ Assessing project requirements.

₋ Measuring the performance of mechanical components.

₋ Prepare budgets and timescales.

₋ Review designs and test procedures.

₋ Testing, evaluating, modifying .

₋ Review and prepare Technical reports and documentation with technical advice.

₋ Analyzing and interpreting

* Monitoring daily ground operations of facilities. * Coordinating with head office on operational requirements.
* Directing routine maintenance with operations managers * Responding to emergencies *
Managing contractual requirements of existing contracts * Conducting site inspections * Monitoring the QA/QC implementations at facilities services. 17 years’ experience in Facilities Management companies. *

· Understanding the need of Room Validation requirement in terms of STANDARD criteria and implementation on site with respect to schedule of .

· Monitoring the performance of the team on site and ensure the full compliance to given tasks

· Monitoring the HSE requirement in close of the HSE engineers

· The KPI based type and the PM monitor the progression activities towards the released tasks and ensure the full compliance to the monthly KPI.


Electrical Maintenance En
- Management of electrical and mechanical maintenance operations

- planning, organizing and managing maintenance, operation, inspection, installation and repair of facilities

- preparing work plans and maintenance schedules

- supervising, training, examining and evaluating the work of employees

- participating in the development of department rules, policies, orders, objectives and priorities

- preparing reports on work activities

- supervising and inspecting work Contractors and suppliers

- Investigating complaints and recommending corrective measures

- Preparing cost estimates for maintenance, repair and other activities

- Evaluating equipment for purchase and ordering maintenance

-related materials, supplies and spare parts

- Reading executive plans for electrical installations

- Determining the locations of wiring equipment and the paths of their electrical lines

- Preparing, installing and connecting various types of installations with the sources of electrical installations and supervising the main works of the installations

- choosing, extending and installing connection channels and necessary measurements

- preparing fire alarms in cooperation with the competent authorities and implementing the internal and external lighting paths for the facilities

- making ground connections for the installations and conducting electrical maintenance for the crisis for the installations Electrical

- Installing switches for electrical machines and connecting them to electrical wiring

Prior knowledge of electrical engineering concepts and relevant tools.
Remarkable command of effective goal setting, strategic thinking, and fluent verbal and non-verbal skills.

Provides leadership to practice within a geographic area.
Develops, implements, and maintains sound business practices.
● Develops and implements strategic objectives for practice that are aligned with the region's strategic initiatives.
Reports profit and loss figures.
Consolidates and analyzes profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization across practice.
Helps create pipeline forecasts and broad-based financial picture for practice.
Addresses and resolves all billing issues.
Ensures practice meets or exceeds budgeted financial objectives, including revenue and margin.
Develops and meets revenue and other financial goals for practice.
● Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization across practice.
● Manages the negotiation of contract pricing when necessary.
● Provides leadership and guidance in all aspects of the sales cycle.
● Takes a lead role in monitoring the identification and development of strategic accounts.
● Involves, as appropriate, the our sales team in order to achieve sales goals.
● Manages business development on a strategic level for practice.
● Grows long-term relationships with clients and capitalizes on equity and partnership opportunities.
