 Review, settle, and control site petty cash expenses in accordance with approved budgets.
 Record daily journal entries related to site operations, suppliers, and project expenses.
 Perform periodic reconciliations for site accountants’ balances and supplier accounts.
 Review supplier invoices and match them with purchase orders, and project costs.

o Posts all transactions in to system.
o Assist Store Managers and District Managers in the resolution of inventory/daily report issues.
o Review daily store reports.
o Process store paperwork as needed.
o Prepare, review and assess general ledger account reconciliation.
o Prepare forms and manuals for storekeepers, and direct their work activities.
