• Conduct daily radio check with all security guards on duty .
• Conduct daily radio check with all international staff, relocatable national staff including UN agencies at designated hours daily.

• Track/ Monitor all ICRC movement by land, air, or river and share information with the other ICRC field offices \{network station\}.
• Track/ monitor the ICRC shipment by river, plane, trucks or animals.
• Using a PACTOR communication system for receiving /sending messages.
• Keeping a log book for, flight, vehicles tracking and incoming messages within appropriate filling system.
• Train the staff on the radio system / VHF hand - set usages.
• Check the vehicles mobile radios from time to time to confirm their efficiently.
• Share/ participate in most of the ICRC activities e.g. Registrations, head count, dissemination, family re - union, detainees, human law, hygiene, water sanitation, relief/ PHC activities.
• Work office activities /provide First Aid assistance to the vulnerable needed people.
• Maintain a radio operation for the organization in unity estate with the HQ and other sub-offices in the area.
• Help and share in the agricultural programmed e.g.
• Carry out a regular extension services to the farmers using different means of communications.
• Track all movement, shipment, field mission, and provide a secure communication services to the staff.
• Keep a log book for in/outgoing messages, stuff shipment and record all voice messages.
• Relay in formations between the station /provide communication assistant as needed.

• Agricultural operations activities, land preparations, total crops area, estimate the fuel, seeds and labors cost.
• Monitor all agricultural operation step by step for each farmer in a different field of farming according to the type of cultivation, season /the crops then report.
• Carry out an extension lesson for all farmers intensively during the whole season especially in the rain fed sachems using different means of communication tools to deliver the message.
• Estimate the crop production/ identify the reason of failure if any for each crops/ farmers in the area of concern.
• Make a recommendations for any request from the farmers for loans or equipment indicating wither to be given or not.
• Collect the money back from the farmers by the end of the season in kind or in cash which is better for the farmer and easy to the bank with less in cost.
• In each step or operational phase there is a report to ministry of agriculture about the situation in the field, crops grows, the rain fall record, difficulties / constrain, diseases and crop protection operation .
• Share for the bank agricultural plan/ policy including all agaric activities, dairy, chickens, and horticultural farms.
• Share of the bank credit policy for all agricultural activities in the area
• Estimate the whole crops production in the area.
