- Develop and integrate new products, processes and procedures for the preservation of products either by sterilization or by freezing for local and export customers (canned sweet corn, mushroom, pickles, pea, bean, cheese....)
- President of the HACCP commission: implementation of the HACCP system in the workshop
- Organizes and coordinates production taking into account the parameters of costs, volumes, schedules, and quality, hygiene and safety rules.
- Start-up and structuring of a new cannery
- Plan, organize, supervise and implement lean -anufacturing procedures following standard industry regulations and quality assurance methods
- Responsible for supervising production and administrative staff and monitor the allocation of machine time to each worker per shift
- Research and propose solutions to continuously improve productivity, responsiveness and production
- Allocate human resources, as well as equipment resources to best meet production goals
- Member of the HACCP team: participation in the establishment of the HACCP system for the Maghreb cannery).
- Plan production with manager and manage production teams.
- Selling medicines, establishing orders and negotiating in the marketplace
