• Develop talent acquisition strategies
• Review planned recruitment requirements with line managers and initiate recruitment activities as needed
• Lead recruitment full life cycle, liaising with department managers to understand vacancy briefs, sourcing, evaluating, interviewing, and placing top-quality candidates
• Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates
• Attend job fairs and organize career events
• Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
• Assist in employee retention and development
• Introduce new hires to current employees
• Organize orientation programs (first day, first week, first month)
• Providing Administration Support to all departments
• Preparing all letters related to employees (definition of salary, authorization, assignment, appointment, promotion..etc.)
• Assists HR Manager with the implementation of services and policies
• Developing and improving HR policies and procedures
• Documenting employee contracts from Qiwa.
• Follow-up the Employees' files in the MenaITech human resources system (recording all new employee data and information in the system).
• Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
• Auditing of time and attendance system for integrity and accuracy.
• Participation in the preparation of employment plans.
• Publishing job advertisements on job sites according to the company requirements.
• Carrying out the recruitment process by receiving applicants ’CVs, conducting & attending interviews, evaluating interviews, and coordinating with candidate for the job offer.
• Preparing contracts and the other hiring documents as per company standards
• Management of attendance, absence and fingerprint system.
• Management of internal and external leave.
• Time management in SAP HCM (hiring, vacations, resignations, transfer the employs from branches, etc)
• Document control
• Applying penalties and participating in investigations.
• Recording and creating employee files and data..
• Deals with effectively and tactfully with people of various types and organizational levels
