Providing effective counsel and guidance; manages personnel and
renders performance appraisal evaluations in according with the
Authority personnel manual and guidelines.
Managing the resources assigned to the Office in order to optimize
utilization of these resources.
Identifying training needs for all Operation personnel and coordinates
the implementation of effective training programs for all functions
within the Department.
