Job Responsibilities:
Placing & Receiving Orders
Contact the logistics team to make sure of availability of item required.
Fill the order form on ERP with item required and the quantity to be approved by flagship Manager.
Send the order by email to logistics team.
Receive the shipment physically from DHL and make sure of the quantity received are matching with MTN (Materials Transfer Note) that generated in TABS.
Log in to system and receive the MTN.
Stock Dispatching &
Inventory
Return items to main warehouse for many reasons such as (defective stocks, No demand on the stocks and upon logistics request due to business needs).
Logged the serials in TABS using return stocks routine (INVBLKX) and then dispatched to the main warehouse.
To attend inbound calls and respond to customer queries at call center and contact
center.
* To provide customers with up-to-date product and services information and guiding
them through different processes and procedures.
* Provide the customers with complete information regarding their subscriptions,
packages and services.
* To identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the specified applications like
TABS (Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning Package).
* To raise remedy tickets and assign them to the concerned departments such as
Network, Credit control and Help desk for problems and issues which cannot be
resolved immediately.
* To up sell and cross sell different products and services.
* Immediate follow-up on customer’s unresolved remedies and pending tickets with the
concerned department.
