● Install, configure, troubleshoot, verify, calibrate & maintain different instruments.
● Dealing with client's claims & inquiries evaluate & resolve their issues & feed customers with detailed service reports on their case in addition to the internal reporting to top management.
● To prepare & manage FAT & SAT procedures, in addition to customer training as per customer approvals.
