Projects:
- Sulphonation plant for producing Sulphonic Acid with production capacity 72 ton/day.
- Soap Noodles Plant with production capacity 240 ton/day.
Duties:
• Follow up the Production Process in control room using SCADA system.
• Follow up labours activities and coaching them effectively and give them on-job training.
• Follow-up preventive maintenance and follow-up procedures and information systems .
• Apply Quality Management Systems.
• Prepare a production reports and line faults .
• Optimize labours performance to increase productivity and reduce cost.
• Controlling the consumption of raw material to increase total yield of production.
• Technical support for production the areas including leadership in solving technical problems.
• Responsible for achieving the production plan on time.
• Improve safety performance by establishing a uniform understanding of safety police.
• Applying 5S on the plant.
Unit troubleshooting and monitoring.
Doing many start-ups, shutdowns and maintenance jobs in a team work.
Checking Equipment performance such as pumps, compressors.
Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment to ensure quality production and
productivity.
Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
Responsible for continuously monitoring the Plantʼs critical streams to ensure balanced
operation rates and optimum operations.
Perform any job-related activities as requested by the manager.
Equipment handled:
Distillation columns.
Fired heaters.
Pumps & compressors.
Heat Exchangers.
Pneumatic valves.
Evaporators.
