Handling lifecycle:
• Meet the walk in customers and listening to their complains they are facing regards the smart phone their
use.
• Device examination to identify the causes of the issue.
• Provide customers with the price if the device not meet warranty requirement.
• Troubleshoot the issues with the program to find the error.
• Open up the mobile phone and check the battery, wire, screen, connection, and other components
efficiency.
• Replace the defective part/s and recheck and run the final test and the performance of the phone, and make
sure that its meet the warranty requirement.
- Handling day to dayactivities:
• Motivate the team of all the remaining device and help them if it necessarily.
• Ensure that teammates completed all the tasks.
• Coordinate the customer for approval payment if it needed.
• Writing to management if we facing any invoice problems.
• Helping staffs if they facing any issue with the software or IT.
• Interacting with the customer with the friendly manner.
• Performing maintenance and electronic repairs.
• Utilising hardware tools, electronic equipment and understanding electrical systems.
• Collecting traffic data in Melbourne, Australia from carpark statistics, traffic lights and shopping centres.
• Statistically analysing transport data.
• Interpreting data and presenting it to engineers and safety specialists.
Installing sensors in Aramco apartments, offices and houses.
* Maintaining crash barrier gates and barrier gate parameters.
