A: Contract management:
1. Legal Research:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research across various fields to support informed decision making.
2. Legal advice:
- Assist members of the Sourcing and Contract team by providing well-researched legal advice on the Groups third-party contracts where applicable laws, regulations, or facts are unclear or conflicting, ensuring the Groups legal position is protected.
3. Legal review :
- Contribute to the review and revision of new and existing contracts within the Group.
Procurement Department, such as:
1. Non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements.
2. Supply agreements of all types.
3. Service agreements.
4. Consulting agreements.
5. Agency agreements.
6. MOU.
- Collaborate closely with divisions to support the negotiation, preparation, and finalization of
third-party contracts.
- Draft termination letters, including inter-company agreements, ensuring compliance with
applicable laws in relevant jurisdictions.
- Develop legal solutions that align with the terms of existing agreements.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of contract law, particularly with experience reviewing contracts under Qatari law.
B: Corporate Department:
- Drafting and reviewing corporate documents, including:
- Facilitating the sale of partners shares.
- Amendment of management structures or corporate incorporation documents.
- Establishing new companies or deregistering branches.
C- Litigation Department:
- Preparing weekly reports on case updates.
- Communicating with law firms to update and provide them with all case-related documents.

 Responsible for reviewing all daily authorizations, ensuring their accuracy, distributing them,
and attaching documents to them.
 Communicating with the client by sending memos related to the lawsuit, for review and
expressing an opinion, and sending memos submitted by the opponents and expert reports.
