In this program I learn the basic fundamental in reliability which is the most important factor in any production process. Also, it gave me an idea about the rotating equipment, how its work and how to mount it.
In this experience there are several important things that fresh graduates should learn. It shows the concepts of how it is look like to be a maintenance engineer and how to contact with your team and manager. Also, it gives a knowledge about work environment and how to work with a team.
