Inline with the emerging Markets and ABB centralization process. Included and combining the Local business Line for Electrification LPGs Distribution Solutions Business factories located in SA Riyadh under one management, the needful to define, plan and ensure implementation of the product marketing strategies in the assigned areas and meet business objectives in line with global LV/ MV Switchgears, Modular Systems and Service strategies. Oversee all marketing activities, support local Sales organizations in driving sales and services of products portfolio produced in SA Riyadh manufacturing line. And Manage a team of product marketing specialists and Proposal assigned to different products.

Responsibilities & Key Achievements:

▪Create, plan and ensure implementation of the local go-to-market product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
▪Establish product marketing targets. Ensure their achievement through regular oversight, and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed.
▪Develop and implement annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Product Groups/Local Sales organizations/Segment managers. Prepare business plans focused on business development for a Local product portfolio.
▪Coordinate market analyses with Product Marketing team and Sales team members and defines appropriate forecasts and plans. Evaluate and shares customer research, market conditions and competitor's data.
▪Overseas sale execution for assigned products by coordinating the preparation of relevant materials and guidance to Sales team(s).
▪Drive sales efficiency ensuring appropriate product knowledge (technical and sales) for each Salesperson. Ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
▪Ensure (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Coach, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.
▪Create factory Marketing information to drive business, manage budgets, testing new opportunities, evaluate performances of marketing/ Proposals teams, Initiate and Implement a new ways to generate Proposals and seek a new products to suit the Market needs, investigate and correct the product line.

After to the merging activities both LV/MV Units I was called for an additional mission to Support LPG in handling the activities related to implement product marketing strategies in the assigned area and to meet business objectives in line with global product strategy. Responsibilities & Key Achievements:

▪In coordination with GPMM & GPMs identified the goals and objectives for the group.
▪Directed the transfer of the new products (Including to the new release of MNS new ranges and the combination with of EPIS profile). And supported Sales, Engineering, Proposal, and other departments in developing and implementing new ranges strategies to capture additional Sales and market share and improve profits.
▪In conjunction with GPM, reviewed all previous submitted MRS to develop and implement the agreed marketing plan.
▪Translating the marketing strategy into action plans and reviewed the performance process to Ensure efficiency and optimization of ongoing activities.
▪Developed the methods for pricing analysis to make sure a well-studied pricing is being provided to customers and on the other hand asset Sales to Measure Market Price.
▪Reviewed the Proposals process and provided Clear directions /Action Plans to speed up and accurate outputs.
▪Cost Optimization in the local factory including multi exercises of the Outsourcing and cost Studies interacted with SCM and Proposal local and Global team and placed the action plan.
