Preparing and developing architectural designs and detailed drawings for residential projects in accordance
with client requirements and approved regulations; designing architectural façades; preparing 3D models and
visual presentations; and producing drawings and plans using AutoCAD, Revit, and Lumion to ensure
integrated design solutions and satisfy the functional and aesthetic requirements of each project.

Preparing and developing architectural designs and detailed drawings in accordance with client requirements
and approved regulations and codes; reviewing drawings and coordinating architectural, structural, electrical,
and mechanical disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions and minimize clashes; preparing licensing
drawings and documents, submitting them electronically, and following up on their approval through Riyadh
Municipality and the Balady and MODON platforms; preparing technical specifications, quantity and material
take-offs, and bills of quantities; reviewing shop drawings and submitted materials for approval; and conducting
site visits and monitoring construction to verify compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications,
regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

• Al Rowad School complexes in Riyadh and Dammam, with areas ranging from 6, 000 to 16, 000 m² per
project .
• A mixed-use commercial complex with an
1, 743 m².
• Service stations and fuel stations with ranging from 4, 000 to 12, 000 m² per project.
• A two-story mosque with area of 2, 500 m².
• Residential villas with areas ranging from 400 to 1, 500 m² project.
• Residential apartment buildings ranging from 1, 500 to 3, 200 m² project.

• Preparation of site mobilization, temporary site fencing, site office and site store.
• Material submittals for approval from consultant as per B.O.Q and specification.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy.
• Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
• Execute the construction activities of the project, from initiation to closeout ensuring the
adherence to project schedule, specification and drawings.
• Technical coordination at site for easy fast execution.
• Ensure deliverables are produced within scope & time constraints.
• Planning of various projects as per the bar chart schedule of work.

Architecture Engineer

• Directly supervise all architectural works on site, including internal and external finishes,
insulation, painting, flooring, ceilings, doors, windows, and other related elements.
• Ensure that all executed works fully comply with architectural drawings, technical
specifications, and quality and safety standards.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications, providing necessary
clarifications to execution teams.
• Identify and secure necessary materials and equipment for architectural works in
coordination with the procurement department.
• Monitor work progress against established schedules and provide regular reports.
• Identify potential problems on site and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure the implementation of occupational health and safety procedures at all times.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project status and work
progress.
• Coordinate with engineers from other disciplines (civil, electromechanical, etc.) to ensure
integration across all project phases.
• Manage and properly document any changes to design or execution.
• Participate in site meetings and technical reviews.

Coordinating with clients to analyze interior design requirements and understand their functional and aesthetic
needs; preparing design concepts; developing drawings and interior layouts; selecting colors, materials, finishes,
and furniture in accordance with the project identity and budget; preparing presentations and 3D models;
developing and modifying architectural façades to achieve integration between the interior design and the
buildings external character; coordinating with engineers and contractors to ensure design integration and
accurate execution; conducting site visits; monitoring finishing works; and ensuring compliance with approved
drawings, specifications, and designs.
Selected projects :
• Completed the finishing of two residential buildings from the structural frame stage through final
handover.
• Completed the finishing of three residential villas, including façade development for some of them.
• Executed interior finishing works for several residential apartments.
