• Advise relevant business divisions on legal risks that are identified and of appropriate actions that need to be taken.

Upon graduation & the successful completion the Bar Exam, Established my independent Law
office In Khartoum. The office acquired distinct of contracts, and conclusion out _ of_ court
settlements. We have become particularly experts in matters relating to cheques, securities,
recovery of debts, negotiation of settlement etc. In the field of advocacy, I appeared in lots of civil
cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, covering the under mentioned areas in law:
Contracts - breach of contracts - nullifying Contracts for any justified legal reason recognized by
law - claiming or denying damages in respect of the above - non - performance Contacts and
specific performance of Contracts - remedies available in each case.
* Torts - claiming or denying damages and compensation due to negligent acts, omissions, such as
road accident cases and vehicle collisions and negligent acts causing damages of properties, cases
and suits involving vicarious liability such as acts of employees causing damages to a 3 rd party.
