•Corrective, Preventive & Predictive maintenance \[ All Mechanical & Electrical Systems\].
•Responsible for maintaining maintenance program to ensure the maintenance schedules are met according to quality systems requirements.
•Responsible for maintaining repairs routines on equipment as requested and maintain records.
•Coordinate repairs to equipment as necessary to maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
•Oversees Facility Security, Fire Life Safety Systems Such As \[ Water Mist, water-based fire-fighting & Novec gas firefighting system.
•Handles Facilities biohazard programs and disposal.
•Monitors and collaborates internally to help resolve HSE matter
•Perform engineering reviews and approval of facility modifications related to air, wastewater systems and installations
•Develop tools, workflows, and system to effectively compile accurate compliance records.
•Routine HVAC maintenance includes: VRV SYSTEM (INDOOR, OUTDOOR UNITS), AHU, Ventilation & All unites Under VRV system such as (Wall mounted, Ducted unit& Ceiling suspended cassette type).
• provide sustainable, equitable, consistent, economic safe and adequate Potable Water and ensuring effective routine running of system timely and daily.

Reviewing and studying the project tender documents - IFC Design drawings by CAD, Specifications, BOQ, project vendor list and scope of work.
• Raise RFI (Request for Information) for any missing project data & information
• Review and verify mechanical works against cost, safety & time constraints.
• Monitors construction mechanical installation and testing activities, including: piping, leak tests, Fire Fighting System, sewerage, potable water, storm water, HVAC system, duct work & insulation, pumps, building management system and domestic water systems.
• Monitor the progress of the site activities and make sure that all the construction works are carried out as per design/shop drawings and project specifications.
• ensure that the T&C of all utility networks moves smoothly without any problem.
• Manpower Planning, Progress Reporting, Quality of Work, Variation Orders.
• Making sure & review Submitting all project document from zero to hand over such as RFI, ITPs, O&M and IAI
