scope roads, and Landscaping, and electrical works with Total Budget 185 M.
5- With Jeddah Municipality We studied Various projects and we awarded 3 projects with scope
roads, and Storm water drainage Projects with Total Budget 510 M as following
A) Madinah Service Roads
B) Prince Mishal Bin Majed Road
C) Repair and rehabilitation of open channels in Jeddah (Open Channels) - 17467
6- With Jizan Municipality We studied Various projects and we awarded project with scope roads,
and Landscaping, and electrical works with Total Budget 75 M as following .
A) Development of the central region in Jizan
7- With Ministries and Government agencies we studied flood-control, storm water drainage and
roads Projects at Mecca -Jizan -Taif

Working with Tender department team, I had the responsibility as estimator engineer
(Structural & Architectural and Landscape items).

As a Tender Study Engineer my duties is as following:
➢ Producing Bills of Quantities
➢ Responsible for the preparation and subsequent negotiation of Tender submissions for Civil
Engineering projects
➢ Examine incoming tenders and review contract potential
➢ Measuring & Quantity Take-Off from drawings
➢ Producing Bills of Quantities
➢ Sourcing pre-project information and analyzing sub-contractor quotations, agreements &
enquiries
➢ Build up tender price from first principles based on the scope of works, plans, specification,
Cost planning
➢ Produce tender report in preparation for tender adjudication
➢ Hold adjudication/settlement meeting with Estimating & Operational Directors
➢ Attend pre & post contract interviews, client meetings etc.
➢ Any other duties as may be required.
A) Armed Forces Engineering Authority
Responsible for cost estimation and assessment for Civil/Arch phases with “Armed
Forces EngineeringAuthority” projects such as:
1- Nasser Institute hospital extension
B) New Urban Communities Authority
Responsible for cost estimation for “NUCA” projects such as:
1- R05 - at New Administration Capital “Finishes phase “
2- Maspero Triangle Towers - Cairo Downtown “Civil & Finishes phase “
3- Central Park - at New Administration Capital ““Civil, Finishes phase &Landscape “
