* Dealing with Major companies in different industries such as Medical Insurance, Logistics, Marketing &
Designing, and travelling agencies.
* Key member of procurement in the new ERP System, responsible all procurement data in the system in addition
to approving tasks related to procurement.
Performing the basic clerical functions. Serving as the coordinator of the department's information, reporting, and
communication strategies and activities.
* Creating accurate and up-to-date records management system (including classifying and coding electronic and
hardcopy files).
* Preparing detailed managerial presentations and reports.
* Maintaining inventory of supplies and materials for the purpose of ensuring items' availability.
* Responsible for booking all business trips flights and accommodation, and ensuring that all travel is planned
accordingly.
* Working cooperatively with all units team members within the department support the completion of assigned
tasks on the specified due date.
* Involved in some of the admin HR tasks such as GOSI Registrations, and Chamber of Commerce Letters.
Dealing with customers. Arranging Deliveries.
* Managing Social Media Accounts.
