Regional Operations Supervision: Directly supervising and managing field
technicians across all KSA regions to ensure the stability and uptime of the E
Visa Kiosk project. Incident Management & Tracking: Leading the end-to-end
tracking of regional technical reports; analyzing official letters from regional
offices and coordinating with TCC for swift resolutions. Liaison &
Communication: Acting as the primary technical link between the General
Directorate of Passports and TCC, closing the feedback loop and providing
technical status updates to regional authorities via DMS. System
Development: Engineered a custom web-based ticketing system using
Python/Django to automate incident reporting, significantly enhancing
communication efficiency between regions and headquarters.
